More Oregon

We stopped in Florence, OR to visit Barbara and Craig and what a good time we had. Just up Hwy 101 from their house was Heceta Head Lighthouse. What a view, we saw some sea lions and some great surf. We walked on the beach even though it was a little on the cool side and picked up a little drift wood.



I'm not posting pictures of the sand dunes, but Barb and Craig took us for a dune buggy ride that was a lot of fun. Oregon has over 40 miles of Sand Dunes and in the summer it's the place to be. We left Florence and went northeast to the Portland area and the Columbia River Gorge.



These falls are part of the Columbia River Gorge, Horsetail Falls and Multnomah Falls that is 620 feet. I couldn't get all of it one picture.
