CHRISTMAS

Christmas came a little early for us, well we had all the family together on the 20th of December. We didn't have the usual Christmas dinner, but gumbo is always good. The grand kids had a great time and the adults ate too much.

David and I had the RV packed and ready to go Sunday morning and we started out trip west about 8:30 am. It was a fast trip to Benson, AZ, we stopped off at a couple of Wal-Marts to spend the night in the parking lot and all was going well. Then the wind kicked up and almost blew us off the road so we pulled into an RV park in Deming, NM. for the night. The rest of the trip was great.

We had Christmas Eve dinner with travelers and friends at the camp ground in Valley Vista in Benson. Too much food again, so we gathered again for left overs on Christmas Day.

Our trip crossing the boarder was uneventful and very smooth until we reach the dirt road leading out to our resort at Kino Bay. But then it is all worth it....
